MP Advisors is a specialized advisory firm dedicated to help its customers achieve efficiency and discipline and ultimately excellence, through sound business & process design.
We are also dedicated to improve the environment of our planet, by providing solutions to the building materials, mining and construction industries that will ultimately result in reducing waste and pollutant emissions.
We are also committed to Equality and Diversity, having signed the relevant Chart and applying its principles in our everyday life.

Administrator
Sociology graduate from the University of Crete, Greece in 2024. Administrator and Partner of MP Advisors since 2022, responsible for the company’s operations. Equality and diversity auditor.
Manousos Petrakakis
Partner
Mining Eng. (NTUA) 1985, experienced Senior Manager with over 35 years of professional experience within major multinational companies in the building materials and mining industry. He possesses long experience in General Management, Business Development activities, Raw materials expertise and Operations management across SEE, East Med and West Africa regions.
Vassilios Lazaris
Partner
Experienced manager with a demonstrated working history of 35 years, in industry and services, having strong professional skills in Strategy formation, Business Development and Planning, International Trade, Sales & Marketing Management, Investment Analysis and Project Management. Auditor for ISO 9001, 37001.
Angeliki Pappi
Office Staff
Experienced business support officer with over 20 years of professional experience within construction companies, big projects supervising bodies and Engineering offices. In the last 4 years she has supported our projects, preparing all the necessary technical and legal documentation. ΕΝ ΙSO 9001:2015 AUDITOR.
Athanasios Sfikas
Associate
Dr. Athanasios Sfikas is a Chemical Engineer and he has postgraduate studies in operational research, as well as a Ph.D. in pollution prediction modelling. He has several years of professional experience in quality management, environmental management and sustainable development. Since 2008 he has been Lead Auditor and Technical Reviewer of the accredited Management Systems Certification Body DQS Hellas Ltd, having carried out more than 500 audits in Greece and abroad.
Menelaos Pefanis

Mining and metallurgical engineer, NTUA. Experienced Health & Safety Director in PPC SA (Public Power Corporation SA) for 30 years. Assessor and expert of ESYD SA (Hellenic Accreditation System) for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 17021-1) and also for ISO 17065 (PPE, ATEX) and ISO 17020 (ATEX, Pressure vessels) for 15 years. Maria Petrakaki

Dr. Maria Petrakaki is an experienced architect with expertise in preparing A/E fee proposals, consultant RFPs, scope and fee alignment, master agreements and work authorizations, client agreements and fee negotiation, as well as planning and tracking project finances. Private and Government-Termandstand-alone contracts. Responsible for project code compliance, maintenance of schedule, budget, and quality control. Most successful in making teams of people with various backgrounds and aspirations.

Vissarion Gkouvinas

Vissarion has over 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Cloud, and Cyber sectors, he has been an external technology partner of the MP Advisors from the very beginning. He is responsible for all major IT planning, operations, and technology advising.
